Editorial responsibility

SmartAIIntel is independently operated. Contributing writers prepare articles in their subject areas. The owner and relevant subject-area reviewers check material before publication. Publication responsibility remains with SmartAIIntel, including when AI tools assist with an article.

Sources and verification

We check factual claims against reliable sources and prefer original documents, official records and direct statements where available. We attribute information and quotations, link to supporting material where practical, and distinguish established facts from allegations, estimates and uncertainty. We do not invent quotations, sources or credentials.

Reporting, analysis and opinion

Opinion and analysis should be clearly labelled. Headlines must fairly represent the article. Unconfirmed claims must not be presented as established facts.

AI assistance

Our writers primarily write and review articles manually. AI tools are sometimes used to help draft or edit material. Human editors must check facts, quotations, references and context before publication; AI output is not itself a source. Where AI has a substantial role in producing an article or an illustrative image, we will provide an appropriate disclosure. We will not present AI-generated imagery as a photograph of a real event.

Corrections and updates

We review credible reports of errors and correct verified inaccuracies. Material factual corrections will carry a clear note explaining what changed. Routine spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a separate note. Updates that add new information will be distinguished from corrections when the distinction matters.

To request a correction, email [email protected] with the article link, the disputed passage and relevant evidence. We do not guarantee a particular response time.

Attribution and rights

Articles carry the responsible writer’s byline. We use text, photographs and other materials only where we have permission, an appropriate licence, or another lawful basis. Required credits and licence notices must be retained.

Independence and conflicts

Contributors must disclose relevant conflicts to the editor. Sponsored or paid editorial material, if accepted, must be clearly labelled and must not be presented as independent reporting. Advertising must be visually distinguishable from editorial content.
